Well before his law firm was established in 1991 in Salyersville, Kentucky, Grover Arnett was already quite an educated and busy student and attorney. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Alice Lloyd College in 1985, Grover went on to obtain a law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He then passed the Kentucky Bar In 1989, he passed the bar and a couple years later, he established the Grover Arnett Law Firm.
